Ian Aitch is a freelance journalist and author specialising in travel and lifestyle. He regularly writes for a number of magazines and newspapers on both sides of the Atlantic, and has recently contributed articles to the Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Observer, Financial Times, the Independent and the London Evening Standard.
